MOOGM is a cabin hotel built for stillness, focus and rest. Each cabin is a private space with a card-key door, so you can sleep and recharge without distraction. We have two locations: Euljiro in central Seoul and Gwangalli Beach in Busan.

FAQ

I booked on Agoda or Trip.com. How do I change or cancel?

Please contact the customer service of the platform you booked with. The hotel cannot change bookings directly; we will approve the request once the platform sends it to us.

Can I arrive late at night?

Yes. Use the 24-hour kiosk in the lobby. Late arrival does not cancel your booking.

Can guests under 18 stay?

Guests under 18 need a signed guardian consent form and a copy of the guardian's ID. Please email the location before your stay.

Can you receive a parcel for me?

Yes. Write your name and check-in date in the recipient field, and make sure it arrives during your stay.

Is tax refund available?

No. As a small hostel, MOOGM is not eligible for the lodging tax refund.
